The Energy Ombudsman Queensland assists Queensland energy consumers on a daily basis.  We provide a completely free and independent dispute resolution service for Queensland's energy consumers who have been unable to resolve a problem with their electricity or gas supplier. The Energy Ombudsman's role is statutory under the Energy Ombudsman Act 2006, meaning it is independent from industry and government direction.
