It's easy to make a complaint to Energy Ombudsman Queensland.

Simply fill out the complaint form below and submit it to us. One of our investigation officers will contact you to discuss your complaint.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth), we are only allowed to assist the actual energy account holder, unless permission, either written or verbal, has been given to act on someone else's behalf.
