Customers overcharged

You may now be able to receive a rebate for the incovenience and stress of being overcharged on your electricity account.

This can include:

You are entitled to the rebate if you have already paid your account but it is incorrect. However if the the mistake is identified by your retailer and the account re-issued prior to payment, or the mistake is caused by circumstances outside of their control, the rebate does not apply.

If you believe you are entitled to a rebate and do not receive it automatically, you must make a claim for the rebate from your energy supplier. If your rebate claim is rejected by your energy supplier and you still believe you are entitled to the rebate, you can contact us for assistance.
