If you experience more than a specified number of power outages in any one financial year, or a single power outage that lasts longer than a specified length of time, you may be entitled to a rebate. The threshholds vary depending on what type of feeder (powerline) you are on. Contact your energy supplier to find out more.
If you believe you are entitled to a rebate and do not receive it automatically, you must make a claim for the rebate from your energy supplier. If your rebate claim is rejected by your energy supplier and you still believe you are entitled to the rebate, you can contact us for assistance.
