Dear Customer Service Manager
I am writing to make a complaint about the reliability of electricity supplied to my place of business, ABC Hair Salon.
Since April 2007 my electricity supply has been interrupted at least three times a week affecting my ability to use equipment needed to carry out my business.
I believe this has caused damaged to some of my hairdressing equipment.
Can you please send someone out to investigate the cause of the interruptions to my electricity supply? I believe that the problems are caused by a fault in your network.
I would like you to fix this problem as well as provide compensation for the damage to my equipment.
